Shipping policy

Due to state regulations, we do not ship CBD products to certain locations, including Colorado, Idaho, and international destinations.

All orders placed before 12 PM EST will be processed in 2 business days. Orders received on Friday after 3 PM EST, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Please note that we are closed on all US Federal Holidays.

If an order includes one or more out of stock items, we will contact you within 24 hours.

Tracking your order:

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number.

If you have any questions regarding your shipment, you can Contact Us. You will need your six digit order number and delivery zip code from your order confirmation email.

Undeliverable packages:

Refused or failed delivery shipments that are returned to NeoMen will be assessed up to $20 non-delivery fees plus shipping. The fees and the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
The carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

• The package is too large for a PO Box. 
• Incorrect address provided. 
• The address provided is not deliverable by the carrier: The US Postal Service does not deliver to some street addresses. If you also have a PO Box address, it's best to use that address on your orders.
