pHat Bottom Labs began as the brainchild of Vicki Hughes and Amanda Ryan, medical professionals with a combined thirty-five years experience in patient care. Vicki and Amanda have backgrounds in chemistry and biology but more importantly: They are midwest girls and mothers who care deeply about the health and well-being of people and our environment. 

Inspired by their work with veterans treating PTSD, Vicki and Amanda saw an opportunity to do more: Produce natural health products derived from the hemp plant. Hemp is an ancient sustainable crop already being grown by local farmers that contains the chemical cannabidiol (CBD) — only now being explored for its revolutionary health and life improving potential.

And that’s where pHat Bottom Labs comes in: By joining forces with midwest farmers and using only the highest quality laboratory processing methods, we are producing the best CBD oil products on the market and creating jobs in our communities. pHat Bottom Labs is headquartered in East Moline, Illinois part of the Quad Cities metro area.
